Standard (20 hours)
Sized to the needs of small business owners and nonprofits, the Standard tier meets the needs of single domain websites with minimal complexity.
Preferred (40 hours)
Ideal for medium-sized businesses with multiple (2-3) platforms/domains, custom extensions, API integrations, transactions, and extensive content marketing.
Premium (60 hours)
Designed to support ecommerce and enterprise clients with multiple (4+) storefronts/domains, a high volume of transactions, multiple custom extensions, subscriptions, PWAs, and other complexities.
Custom (80+ hours)
We are able to provide custom tiers and full-time employees who are working with specific clients on a retained basis.

Is there a long-term commitment?

How quickly are you able to respond to urgent requests?
Response time depends on the type of request or issue you're experiencing. We jump into action to get critical site issues resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible while keeping you updated on our progress along the way.
For all other tickets such as feature improvements or minor bug fixes, we'll address those in priority order you set.
What if I don't use all of my hours in a month?
We find that clients end up using all of their hours each month, but if there were unused hours, they do not roll over. Please reach out to us to discuss any specific questions or concerns you might have!
